Catering arrangements
The catering arrangements have been adapted as follows in comparison with 2008:
Additional hand-out of Long Energy at the Scaletta Pass and Dürrboden stations
New: Hand-out of Liquid Energy Plus (Gel) for K78 runners at the Bergün (Werkhof) and Tagliöl stations. It should be noted that Long Energy and Gel – both products by Sponser – are made up of basically the same ingredients.

Additional hand-out of "Alpinbrötli" bread at the Scaletta Pass and Dürrboden stations.

In line with national guidelines, the SAD sections have been provided with new signposts in the last few weeks. The green stickers carry the following numbers:
K78: 777 (Davos – Davos)
K42: 776 (Bergün – Davos)
C42: 775 (Davos – Tiefencastel)
K31: 774 (Davos – Filisur)
K21/WALK : 773 (Klosters – Davos)
For training purposes, this route has been marked from Klosters Platz (railway station). It is also possible to start in Serneus as an alternative:
from Bad Serneus head underneath the Sunniberg Bridge and climb up to Portalweg (original route from that point onwards)
from Serneus Dorf (Pt. 993) over Fahrstrasse to Sunniberg
K11: 772 (Davos Laret – Platz)
The old (and exclusive) signs will be sold on the merchandising stand at a price of CHF 150,- (€ 100) each. Only a limited number is available. You can make reservations at: infoswissalpinech. These will remain valid until 19.00 hours on 24 July 2009. No mail order service is available.
Start in Klosters Büel
You can only reach the start by train. For reasons of safety, it is forbidden to stop and get out on the street in Büel. Non-compliance with this rule will lead to disqualification.
Late registration
Late registration is possible for all races at the race number pick-up between 23th and 25th July.

Individual programme without organised escort. People wishing to travel together should meet at 8.20 hours on 22 July 2009 in Davos Platz (departure 8.31 hours). Details

Medical Parc 24.7
This takes place from 16.00 – 19.00 hours in the Arkaden Turnhalle (gymnasium). Registration is not necessary. Please be aware that some waiting is possible.
The train tickets have only been sent till July 10 2009 and not later due to participants who may have already started their journey to Davos.
If you have signed up after July 10, 2009, please follow these instructions :
get your train ticket from the train station you leave from ( Davos only return ,2 Class )
when you show this with your start number at the RHB stand (during the exhibition) you will receive a full refund and your Swiss/Regio Ticket.
Regio Ticket for unlimited journeys over a period of nine days on the following routes:
Klosters – Davos – Filisur – Bergün – St. Moritz, Tiefencastel – Filisur, Wiesen – Davos (by post car)
on the entire local bus network of Davos.
Postauto Wiesen - Davos
If you are staying overnight in Davos or Klosters, then you are also entitled to free travel on all mountain railways that are open in the Davos Klosters region.
