10.22 Bergün is expecting the lead runner. The passage through the village with houses in the Engadine style is one of the highlights for all the runners. A warm welcome from inhabitants and many spectators! Bergün is also the departure point for the K42 (11.30 h).

08.20 h This years favorites: Jonas Buud from Sweden. After three victories he wants the hattrik. Grogory Murzin from Russia will challange him, the Swiss Mauritz Boschung, the Italien Antonio Armuzzi. Ladies favorites are Elizabeth Hawker (Great Britain) and Jasmin Nunige (Davos) who both had won the Swissalpine Marathon twice, and Laurence Klein, a national trail runner from France.
