The Highseven week 2019 guarantees sportive inputs and mental attunement. Acclimatize yourself, improve your technique and get the ideal preparation together with other athletes of the Swissalpine Irontrail 2019 in Davos/St. Moritz. 

Prologue and Entertainment for Athletes and Spectators
The start of the Highseven is Saturday 20st July 2019 in the stunning Engadin valley, where athletes and spectators of the T43, T29 and the H17 get a first unique experience of the Swissalpine Irontrail surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the valley.

Participants who are already in Davos or in the Engadin on that weekend will have the opportunity to benefit from a jazzy atmosphere and to attend a variety of concerts at the Festival da Jazz St. Moritz.

Test the new hike and trail running collection from On up at 2500m altitude and join us for a trail run up to Lej Alv.

Route Inspection K43
The start of the attractive hike is in Dürrboden. Continue on the Scarlettpass and Panoramatrail until after about 4 hours Sertig Dörfli is reached.

Route Inspection T88
The approximately 15km long route inspection is an impressive hike from Spinas, over the Fuorcla Crap Alv, passing the Lake Palpuogna, via Naz until Bergün. The hike takes about 5 hours.

Insurance:Insurance is the concern of participants, who take part at their own risk.

The route inspection is only suitable for people who are experienced in alpine tracking and sure-footed during the ascent and descent, the inspection is not guided - it is only accompanied by guides. Due to the ascent to the Fuorcla Crap Alv, an alternative route will be chosen in case of heavy rainfall.

Yoga classes at Hotel Grischa
Do something good and visit the yoga class at the Hotel Grischa in Davos. The class starts at 6 pm and lasts one hour. Get a seat and sign up. It can max. 40 participants participate in the course

Repower Seelauf
The popular REPOWER Seelauf series "around Lake Davos" is taking place for the 37th time. An ideal opportunity for young and old to get involved in the Irontrail or Swissalpine marathon. It can be run over 1 or 2 laps (4 or 8 km, Kidsrun 1.2 km). With the guest card can be started for free!

After the first days of the High Seven program, you can do some physical exercise during yoga and bring your body and soul into harmony.

Swissalpine Forum powered by Hans Schneider
As a participant you may receive many interesting facts about the running sport during the Swissalpine Forum. The speakers will present to you two different topics. The two presentations will be followed by a panel discussion, where you can actively ask questions and encourage learning. 

Presentation 1 - «How do I get my physical performance in old age?» 
Short Presentation 2 - «Practice of a (happy) old runner - happiness and performance begin in the head »

Swissalpine Irontrail Expo
It is the second day of the Expo, where numerous exhibitors will be displaying their products and pass information on sports- and footwear, sports equipment, sports medicine, nutrition, and hotels and tourism until Friday.

If you are interested in the subject trail for a while, you should not miss the presentation by Gabriel Lombriser on the topic "Trail Running - More than running". Immediately thereafter Andrea Tuffli gives an outlook on the Swissalpine Irontrail 2020. Both presentations take place on the ground floor of the congress center.

Kids Race and Pasta Party
Friday afternoon is the beginning of the main event. This program highlight starts with the ceremonial opening of the Swissalpine Irontrail 2019 at 15:00, followed by the start of the annual Kids Race at 15:45.

At the Kids Run over 0.5 km, 0.9 km or 1.4 km, no one is too small to be a running queen or king. Everyone is a winner, because each participating child receives a small gift.

Once again our hotel partner, the Hotel Grischa in Davos, is organizing the popular Pasta Party for all runners. The CHF 29.- includes: a seasonal salad, generous pasta buffet à discretion with different kinds of pasta and sauces.

Extra trip from Davos to St. Moritz
Athletes and spectators of the T88 will have the unique opportunity to experience an extra train trip from Davos to St. Moritz via the attractive UNESCO-world heritage track of RhB, an unforgettable start and completely new feeling as part of the T88.

Main competition day and finish area Davos
Saturday 27th July is the main competition day. From 10:00 to 21:00, entertainment as well as catering will be provided at the finish area of the Sports Centre Davos.

Besides the emotionally charged starts and finishes, the sport arena Davos also offers a first-class Food- and Kids Village. The Kids Village offers kids between four and twelve years old sports games, a bouncing castle and much more to have fun. The entry is free and the parents are responsible for the supervision of the children.

Award Ceremony and Farewell Party
The award ceremony of the Swissalpine Irontrail 2019 starts on Saturday at 17.00 and this year takes place at the sport center in Davos. At the beginning of the award ceremony Andrea Tuffli will give a short speech. During the actual award ceremony, the 1. - 3. placed athletes will be honored by name. On Sunday morning until 06:00 the last runners reach the finish line.
