IRONTRAIL
84.9 km │ St.Moritz – Davos │ +
3641 m / -3933m

The successor of the legendary K78 is now being launched as a trail in glamorous and world-famous St. Moritz. The journey on the Rhaetian Railway from Davos to St. Moritz on the most attractive railway line in Graubünden is part of the new adventure and will get you in the mood for the T88. The breathtaking running trail leads past various top scenic highlights. From Bergün via the Keschhütte and the Sertig Pass to Davos, it follows the tried and tested K78 route. However, the first part leads over Darlux instead of the Val Tuors.

The T88 can also be run as a team event:
Category Couple: two participants, one of whom must be a woman. Change-over is in Bergün.
Category Four: four participants of which at least one must be a woman. Change-overs are in Samedan, Bergün and Sertig Dörfli.

The T88 in comparison with the K78

Compared to the first part of the K78 Davos – Bergün, the new section from St. Moritz – Bergün is technically more demanding. From Pontresina until 2km before Samedan, over Fuorcla Crap Alv to Bergün as well as from Darlux (5km to Bergün) to Alp digl Chant there are alpine single trails/mountain trails similar to the section between the Kesch hut and the valley Sertig. Nevertheless, there are no rocky, exposed parts.

Due to the additional distance (10.6km), more height difference (1180m) as well as the larger share of single trails, the following durations can be expected in good weather condition.
